Psoriatic Arthritis has many faces

It’s not always easy to diagnose Psoriatic arthritis (PsA). The first clinical signs could be very different, so it is like a puzzle to make a correct diagnosis. Marie Beaufrère characterizes within her PARTNER fellowship project the function of monocyte-derived dendritic cells in PsA. Her project will strengthen pioneering results obtained by the host center research laboratory of Université Paris Quest-Versailles Saint Quentin en Yvelines in France. It will allow to set up new biomarkers at the gene-expression and metabolism levels, in particular regarding the lipidomic profile in patient-derived cells.
